1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Access to and use of the spinngo platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms, the spinngo Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time (collectively the "Platform Rules").

1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the spinngo platform and, if you have an account, request its closure by contacting [email protected].

1.3 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and spinngo relating to your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use the spinngo platform. This age requirement is a mandatory condition of spinngo's international gaming licence and is non-negotiable regardless of local law or personal circumstance.

2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. spinngo reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.3 You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the spinngo platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bet.

2.4 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of spinngo or any of its affiliated gaming software providers are not eligible to register or participate in any promotional offer on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) spinngo account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3.3 spinngo operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or international passport) and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed. spinngo may request additional documentation at any time.

3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinngo login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify spinngo immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 spinngo accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. spinngo does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own fees.

4.2 All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Funds deposited must be your own and must not originate from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. spinngo aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) hour during normal operating hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.4 spinngo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and to withhold payment pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

4.5 You acknowledge that spinngo is not a financial institution and that deposited funds do not attract interest.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 spinngo offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the relevant offer and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal amount are set out in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 spinngo reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted in good faith by a Player will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.

5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting software errors, or using automated betting patterns to meet wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 All games available on the spinngo platform are supplied by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is subject to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between those rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

6.2 Random Number Generator ("RNG") games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results within any individual session.

6.3 Live dealer games are conducted in real time from professional broadcast studios. spinngo accepts no liability for interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. In the event of a disconnection during an active bet, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game provider's disconnection policy.

6.4 spinngo reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error on the part of spinngo or a game provider.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and you agree not to:

• Use the spinngo platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use;
• Exploit any error, vulnerability, or loophole in the platform's software or games;
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy intended to defraud spinngo or other players;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse spinngo staff or other platform users;
• Attempt to access any part of the platform or underlying systems beyond your authorised account access;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information to spinngo at any stage of the registration or verification process.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Dormant Accounts

8.1 An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months.

8.2 spinngo will notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly administrative charge may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform at the relevant time.

8.3 You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements. Any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees will be accessible upon reactivation.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the spinngo platform — including but not limited to the spinngo name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of spinngo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from spinngo.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The spinngo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. spinngo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spinngo's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

10.3 spinngo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether spinngo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 spinngo is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion tools to all registered players. These tools are accessible at any time from your account settings.

11.2 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility or contact our support team at [email protected] to discuss available options. During a self-exclusion period, spinngo will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded account from being used.

12. Amendments to These Terms

13.2 Nothing in this clause prevents spinngo from seeking interim or emergency relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or player fund security pending arbitration.
